    When you go to Settings - Wi-Fi is the Wi-Fi option disabled or greyed out? Can you go to Settings- General -Reset and then select "Reset Network Settings"? If you do, you will have to re-enter your Wi-Fi network's passcode, if applicable. Also, if you're having problems accessing a particular Wi-Fi network, is it possible that you are blocked?

    If resetting the network settings doesn't work, a restore will fix it if it's a software problem. Otherwise, it might be a problem with the wifi antenna and you will have to get it repaired or replaced.

    Settings - Wi-Fi and then toggle the button on next to "Wi-Fi". After that, search for the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to from the available Wi-Fi network listing and then select it and enter the passcode, if necessary.

    Is the battery charged? Will the battery hold a charge? If it will not turn on, you may need a new battery. Does it show anything on the lock screen when you plug it in to charge?

    No one meant you can not use your wifi. Do you have a good wifi signal? Have you tried to reboot your wifi modem or router?
