My phone froze up and then rebooted, when it booted back up all the ios tweaks and themes were gone. The cydia app is still on my phone. It seems that my phone has unjailbroke itself, should I try reinstalling the jailbreak. I used the pangu jailbreak for my iPhone 5s which is currently running on ios 7.1

Also, if you are going to re-jailbreak, bearing in mind that if Cydia is still there but your tweaks aren't then there is a likelihood that some kind of error has crept in, I would restore to factory, thereby ensuring a pristine OS with which to jailbreak.
