Not without 3-4 devices. FaceTime is still a 1 to 1 connection.

Meanwhile, what we do is this.
Son FaceTimes with us on his iPhone
Daughter-in-Law FaceTimes with her parents at the same time with her iPhone.
We all get to sing happy birthday to our grandkids all at the same time.
