I have an iPhone 5s.Is it normal to kinda feel the rim that is around the home button when putting my finger on the home button?Oh and when I press the home button it makes this Clicky noise it's not a loud noise but I'm not sure if it's supposed to make it.

Yeah dude, your phone is fine. The rim is a design which has the same material as the outer portion (aluminum), so yes you'll feel it. The home button isn't the same on the 5s as previous iPhones because of Touch ID, so it has a different sound and click.
