    Can we program an app to use Siri for doing certain tasks/things like say "Hey Siri, scan a check in my app" and takes you directly to the screen to scan a check.
    or "Hey Siri, write a post on Facebook" and it directly opens the Facebook correct screen to write a post.

    NO. You can pull up SIRI and hit the i in the cirlcle and it will tell you whatr you can do with it.
