Email issues

I keep getting a message when trying to access emails "cannot get mail -server connection failed" this has been the case now for several days, the internet access is good. Any thoughts please.

I'd try restarting your device and if that didn't work then check out reset network settings if you're using an iPhone or iPad. If either of those didn't work, try removing the email account and adding it back to the device

It turns out that the email service provider had moved their accounts to a new service, so deleting the account and re entering the details prompted connection over to the new service. hurrah!! Hurrah!

Good job rayz as I was going to mention network settings myself. Good advice on your part Sir....
