ipad springboard crash

I have an ipad 2 with ios7 that has been jail broken. Anytime I wipe on the top portion of the screen the springboard crashes, and I am put in safe mode. Once I restart, it returns to normal, but it continues to crash anytime I swipe on the top portion of the screen. HELP Please
