I cant see my screen and my Iphone 5C has a lock on it. How can I import my pics to my PC? :-/

I NEED SERIOUS HELP!! I have pics that I just can't give up of a relative that recently passed and am having trouble retrieving because I need to unlock my IPHONE 5C. I can't unlock the phone because the screen is pretty my demolished but still turns on , Any help will suffice. I'm begging for some assistance at this point. Thank you sooooooo Much in advance!
