I don't know how to clear my app history and I have a iPod 5 and it's updated to the iOS7.1.1

It depends on the app. Some actually have listed under settings to clear cache or just by double tapping the home button and totally closing out the app will clear things as long as they are something like games that are meant to keep what is there.
