My iPad is stuck at the Apple logo. How do I get past it?

Yes. Then you can restore from a backup if you created one.

No.

Some devices also boot very slowly. You may want to turn on the iPad and let it boot while it's charging. If it doesn't work, you need to restore or you have a very expensive paper-weight.

My computer is slow so whileI was trying to pull up iTunes i started reading about this problem and I read that using iOS 7 (which is what my iPad has) doesn't let you reset using iTunes on your computer.
IS THIS TRUE? I NEED ANSWER ASAP!

No. It doesn't let you reset if you turned on "Find My iPad". If you turned it on, just delete the iPad from your iCloud account. www.icloud.com
