Why am I getting a "server unavailable" error during Yahoo Mail setup on Iphone 5?

I am trying to set up my yahoo email on my phone and I keep getting an error that say Server Unavailable.
I am on a WiFi network and it is working so not sure what the problem is???

Maybe there is a server issue with yahoo. You shouldn't be having problems setting it up, try again later or, restart your phone and try again.

Yahoo has been on & off for me too even after it's setup. The yahoo mail app works and you can delete all mail at once.
