Playlist sorting

Probably a silly Q but is there a way to edit the playlist order w/iTunes Match? I can't seem to change the order of my lists...

I believe you can only change the order from the computer.

Is there a way to sort my actual playlists on my iPhone 5s? If not, can I do it in iTunes on my Mac? I have iTunes match. I just want certain common playlists to be at the top rather than have to scroll all the way down on my iPhone...
