    Please create an account and explain. If you're talking about restoring, you have to do it using iTunes on your computer. If you need to reset the settings go to: Settings>General>Reset and choose the type of reset you want to do.

    You need to put the device into DFU mode and restore via iTunes on your computer.

    What counters do you like to reset? In Settings > Cellular you can reset your call time and cellular data usage counters. At the bottom of that page.
