I got an email saying my mail box was full. I deleted them and now I don't seem to be receiving new emails Iphone5s

If you mass deleted your Email and using a PoP service it sometimes gets held up

The easiest solution is to delete the account on your device then reboot your device


Then re-add the email account that will refresh it
