photo screen frozen in airdrop

every time click "photos" a screen comes up frozen in airdrop. Nothing happens in photos. can't get anything on the screen to react ( screen has full complement of icons...message, mail, copy, airplay eye, etc). Every time trying to enter "photos" this i.e. the only screen that comes up and remains frozen. Tried turning iPad off for short and long periods but nothing works. it seems all other screens (safari, mail etc) work normally.

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do, but I recommend you reboot your device and try again.
