Issue with upgrading to io7.0

Just to be clear this is after the i07.1 update came out ....

I have a question along those lines...
you see I have an ipad 2 running on 4.3.3 and I will like to restore the ipad to ios 7.0 in order for me to be able to jailbreak while there is only jailbreak for this version....
the problem is that ios7.1 does not let this happen I have a file for ios7.0 and every time I try to restore or to just upgrad the ipad in order not lose the option of jailbreak it gives me an error on iTunes ...so I read up about it and I did not find anything that can help me out ....
Is there something I could do?

Apple is no longer signing anything before 7.1.1 - there's not really anything you can do.

Well I don't see much of an option. What is the error code you seeing?

Did the 7.0 file you speak of originate from your iPad 2

No I was able to download it from a website called http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/

I did read somewhere that I could upgrade it and then downgrade it from 7.1 to 7.0.4-6 and it should work..... http://www.dreamjb.com/2014/04/how-to-downgrade-from-ios-71-to-ios-706.html?m=1

Do you think if I have a computer that is not connected to the Internet so it can not download 7.1 and I would have the 7.0 file on that computer it would work?

I see your theory but no. You need to create the file which is unique to your device for it to work
