Did I make the wrong decision - beginning to feel like I did

My ipad mini will not send emails - - have gone to Apple and Verizon - - incoming fine - 25 hours on phone so far. CANNOT GET RID OF SWIRLING BALL ON IMAC - - AND FREEZES. Had IBM PC with no problems so smooth -Wanted something more secure as my PC with third party conference call got worm. Should I just go back to PC;'s.

Just to check, you first mention an iPad mini then later on you mention an iMac. As the two devices run a different OS and will therefore have different solutions to your problem, can you confirm which device you are talking about please so we can provide you with more meaningful support?
