I'm sorry you lost your phone, however, other than direct you to the lost iCloud info site, there's really nothing we can do for you. You should also call your cellular provider to let them know and see if they can "track" it from their end.

That is horrible. Sad to say you may be heading to buy another phone. One thing I can suggest in the future is set up and e mail yournameiphone@wherever.com and then use the last 6 of your meid for the password for your Apple ID account. This way you will never forget your user name and password because if you lose your phone the meid is on the box
