iphone 5S Factory Unlocked having ICCID Unknown

i was using iPhone 5S factory unlocked and it was working properly, since yesterday i was not able to connect to my sim provider but able to use all apps via wifi. i checked and found sim as ok. so i took backup of device in iTunes and reset all data settings of iPhone and restarted. When i restarted it connected to Wifi but said Device Unknown. I connected to iTunes and have same error. when i click error area its showing IMEI number but showing ICCID Unknown.

what to do and how to fix this problem ?

Try restoring it without restoring from a backup. See if that works.

SIM Card is fine though eisha
