Can someone direct me on how to delete duplicate contacts on my new 4s

If you have more than one email account configured with your device, disable the syncing of contacts in all except one. If you only have ONE account and those duplicates are in that particular account, you will need to delete them manually or use a 3rd party app to remove the duplicates.
