    Not able to access iTunes store after iOS upgrade (7.1)

    It keeps asking for Apple ID/password, but nothing happens and asks for credentials again.

    Yes, entering right credentials. I tried with incorrect pwd & got the message that id/pwd is not valid.

    So nothing else is wrong and iTunes recognizes your phone after the update and you can't access the store and that is the only issue? I would lean towards not entering the right credentials unless there is something else.

    Have you tried rebooting your phone to see if that fixes it

    Tried rebooting but that did not help.

    Finally found the fix - General/Rest/Reset All Settings did it

    Login to iTunes on your computer using the same credentials and see if you can gain access. If so, you should be able to do the same with your i-device. Still, you can try going to Settings - General -Reset and then select "Restore Network Settings".
