is it worth waiting for iPad Mini 3 or buying RMini right now

Hey iam extremely confused, Im 14 and looking to buy a iPad Mini 2 right now i dont have budget to upgrade every year or even every two years. I want to use my iPad for atleast 3 years.
Is it worth getting iPad Mini 2 or worth waiting for Next Gen.
I'm from india sothe availabilty of latest device is 4+ months after launch so altogether 7-8 Months left over .
Will ipad mini 3 be evolutionary or revolutionary

Can't say about the next generation, it is still always off. But the RMini is great tablet and worth the buy.

That is ultimately going to be up to you by I have a mini Retina and it is a great device with an incredible screen.

I have the rMini and I absolutely love it!!! I say go for it. No one knows when the next generation is going to come out, so why not go for it.
