Starting fresh with iTunes Match?

I was wondering if there's any easy way to go in and wipe out my music library stored on Apple's servers without having to go through and delete everything one by one. My music library has been building up since the Kazaa days, and I've hit the iTunes match limit. Also, as you can imagine it's quite unwieldy to go through 25,000 songs on a phone, plus my new car with iPhone integration REALLY doesn't get along with it. My plan is to back up my music folder so I can keep all of this, and then wipe my iTunes library and start fresh, cherry picking stuff from that collection that I enjoy.

However in the past when I've tried to do this (i've had this idea before) once I clear it out I wind up with ITunes match helpfully being like "Oh, you deleted your entire music collection? Well, here it is!" If I try to erase all of the songs there, I only got the option to hide, not erase, which doesn't help me with my issue of hitting the cap.

Any ideas?
