iMessage iCloud Jabber account can't connect

I know my password is correct, and my other accounts link up just fine. When I click on 'available', iCloud will display the status as 'Connecting' until it times out, then it displays an error message "Messages can't communicate with the Jabber account "Icloud". The operation couldn't be completed. Operation timed out."

Yeh Karen that is why I gave him the link although I know what you mean and was not sure what he meant either?? Thank you for the input.
