Scenario: calDAV calendar setup through GoDaddy, tied to another email account. Sync works fine across web interface, Outlook and the iPhone.
Test with Outlook: Send a meeting request from an external email, can see the accept/tentative/decline in email message, accepted through Outlook without reply and everything works great.
Test with iPhone 4S: Send a meeting request from an external email, with iPhone 4s cannot see the accept/tentative/decline in email message - only the ICS. On opening the ICS, only get an option to "Add to Calendar", I select the calDAV calendar and it does sync across all devices. HOWEVER, this also sends a meeting request BACK to the original meeting organizer, which is not the desired result.
So core issue is - how do I respond to meeting invites on iPhone 4S using calDAV that does not in turn create a new meeting request? Hoping someone has seen this issue, it's quite frustrating.
Regards,
Justin
