If you forgot the 4 digit lock code you can go to iCloud and log in and remote erase your device. If you are referring to the 2 step activation code, Get use to looking at it on your shelf because there is nothing that anybody can do.

I am assuming you're referring to the lock screen passcode. If so, there's nothing we can do for you but tell you your limited options.

1. Try very hard to remember it.
2. Restore your device and risk losing EVERYTHING that hasn't been backed up.

Wipe the device from iCloud and do a restore. No other method I know of.
