So the problem is that my iPhone5 running iOS 7.0.4 gets stuck in a boot loop. If I hold the volume up button while the phone is booting though, it boots up fine. I then went into Cydia and removed all of my tweaks and apps but that didn't fix it. After some research I then ran iLex R.A.T Restore and semi-restore, which removed all of my apps, tweaks, and reset some stuff. So at this point I have a clean(I think) install of Cydia(no apps, tweaks, etc) and my phone boots up just fine. The problem is that when I install CydiaSubstrate and Substrate Safe Mode, my phone goes back into a boot loop. I can understand how an old tweak or something could break the boot cycle, but there's nothing installed except CydiaSubstrate and SubstrateSafeMode.

Any ideas as to why CydiaSubstrate is breaking the boot cycle?

    Thanks!

Sounds like an issue that needs to be addressed to the developer of CydiaSubstrate.
