How do I get messages I've deleted from my iPhone 5.

When was your last iCloud back up

If it was before you deleted the messages and haven't backed up since you can restore using that backup and will get them back if not your out of luck

So you jailbroke your phone and force deleted messages from the file system? Interesting.

As Kataran said if you have a backup and will restore your phone and then use the backup you can get it back otherwise they are gone.
