    hey buddies...im having a strange problem...itunes is not detecting my phone and even not charging or no charging indicator but if i connect my phone in DFU then itunes detects my phone in recovery mode...
    please help ...its not jailbroken and it on 7.0.3....

    Okay, now that iTunes is detecting the device in recovery and prompting you to restore and update, go ahead and do so. If you've already made a backup, you can restore that backup when the process is complete, but I recommend you set it up as new, especially if problems caused you to have to put the device in DFU mode in the first place. Yes, you will lose EVERYTHING that's currently on the device, but at least it will be working for you again.

    ok i will try to restore...but i dont wanna install 7.1 because its too buggy ...
    im having another problem now....when i plug in the lightening cable my iphone does not detect for 1-2 minutes but after 1-2 minutes its shows up the charging bolt and gets charge but still itunes do not detect or even my windows 7.

    im having another problem now....when i plug in the lightening cable my iphone does not detect for 1-2 minutes but after 1-2 minutes its shows up the charging bolt and gets charge but still itunes do not detect or even my windows 7.

    Okay. Well, you may need to download the firmware you currently have and manually install it via iTunes. Whether it'll take, I can't say, but you can use the following link to download the firmware.

    You mentioned previously that you don't want to install 7.1 and now asking about 7.0.3 - Be WARNED that if you do as 'D is advising you to do you WILL be loading 7.1 on your device and there is no other choice just so you understand this!
