Numerous people have wondered how old should a person be before using a smartphone? Should they at least be teenagers, college kids, career oriented professionals or just smart enough to use one, regardless of age? What say you?
I personally think the maturity level means more than the age itself...I know 12 year olds that deserve to have something nice like an iPhone and 30 year olds that are so immature, they don't deserve to exist in society.
Depends on the maturity level of the kid. I know some 8 year olds with iPhone's (no joke, my little sister's friend came over the other day with an iPhone 5) that behave better than 35 year olds with iPhone's.
It depends on the parents plain and simple...but one has to exhibit common sense in that they wouldn't allow a child who can barely take care of her things to have an expensive device, it isn't wise.
I think someone in here used the word Mature at least I shortened it to that, If they can show maturity and the ability to use it the right way, Than they have earned the right to have a Smartphone.
I had to throw this in...It DOES amaze me though now how young the mean age of the person be it teens or not who are getting iPhones - Proof is in these posts with your own admissions on your kids and it continues that way. This means nothing, #Just Sayin.
