Lifeproof case and charger size - Apple Iphone 5S

Is this charger too big to use with a lifeproof case?
I have an Iphone 5S

It says it is good for your device. It does not say if you need to take off the case and either way i would prefer to spend the few extra dollars for an Apple approved charging cable.

Looks like it would be too big to me. The griffin one works in mine though so there are aftermarket ones that will work. I always get them from a brick and mortar store though so I can try them out before I buy them.

I use Apple standard charger as well as Belkin car charger and USB wall which fit fine.
