There is only one keyboard on the iPhone and depending on the Country and language you have set that would be your default and only keyboard.

That's not true. You can go to into keyboard settings and hit add a keyboard, I have English and emoji, and I use to have Spanish. I dont know if you can use more than three but you can definitely have them. Settings>General>Keyboard>Keyboards>Add new keyboard. Then just scroll down the list and pick any language you see. There will then be a "globe" key next to the space bar that you can tap to switch between keyboards here is a pic.

Funny you mention this, as I just learned how to install (select) the emoticon keyboard!

Didn't even know I *could select different languages. That's a plus for many!

Looks like you can change the default by hitting edit and dragging and dropping your preferred keyboard to the top of the list.

Well young lady I stand corrected partly. Yes i know you can add a keyboard and by adding it places the globe as i use it for Emoji so you are right. I read his question different than you and that is why I stand corrected. If I would have taken another moment I would have gathered that in and more than likely answered as you did. Thank you for helping out and when I make a mistake I have no problem the way you went ab out answering back so again thank you.

This has been around to do this for as you said adding emotes and then you get the globe to go to as you are writing a message and want to throw in something. Wait until you see what you can choose from. We should thank Megan if the question about keyboards did not come up.
