Iphone 5s after OS upgrade Emailed pictures are garbled when saved

Hi,

Before the OS 7.1 upgrade I could email a picture and save it to my phone and it would look great. Now the picture is garbled in strange colors. Have you seen this issue before?

I could be anything from the picture itself and color and size or just the way even though you are email it, being saved in the pic format might make it that way.
