Hi, guys idk if someone have any info about the Disgnostic & Usage reports but right now in this section on my iphone 5s using iOS 7.1 it appears a log called

"TCCService-xxxx-xx-xx-... .plist"

and i search in google and i cant find anything about this log, wich it seems odd

the only thing i can understand about the log inside is that it talks about Whatsapp being the responsible...

Someone can explain me what is this TCCService?

Thanks!

I have done the same as you including going to Apple and just can't help. Maybe someone will come along and know what you are talking about and be able to help. Good luck to you.

it affected your iphone in someway? or it was random? do you think that restoring it would help?

im very worried cause the phone before 7.1 it had various crashing issues (when changing wallpapers, freezing on apps, etc) and with 7.1 the problems seems to be gone, but now this log appears and i dont know what can be the problem, im just hoping its not a hardware issue.

Now that you have provided this info it sounds like you might have gotten a bad or corrupted download OS. I would completely set your phone up as new and start over after a backup. This might be your answer and take care of these issues.

Ok i will make a restore and set it up as new so i can start fresh, but its weird that a restore can solve it cause the log tells that its whatsapp the culprit of the problem and not the OS by itself

Well then as one last comment and I will let you decide, Uninstall whatsapp and see what happens. if it clears you found it which might be a bad download and reinstall whatsapp after rebooting to clear your cache. If it is not whatsapp then I would restore as new.

Glad to hear that, well till i don't see an app crashing or the phone restarting itself i shouldn't be worried at all, i was worried because this phone is a replacement unit already, and it came with issues like apps crashing that get like to get solved now in this new iOS version...

this is the info inside the log, if someone likes to read it

{"bug_type":167,"os_version":"iOS 7.1 (11D167)"}
Date:2014-03-14 17:23:26 -0300
Incident ID:BBBB1428-E65A-4110-AC0B-28C023289F0F
Hardware Model: iPhone6,2
OS Version: iOS 7.1 (11D167)
System ID:
2014-03-13 23:04:22 -0300 tccd[103]: net.whatsapp.WhatsApp:1;jitVisible:0;kTCCServiceUbiquity:1;response:1;jitVisibleTime:0
2014-03-13 23:04:26 -0300 tccd[103]: net.whatsapp.WhatsApp:1;jitVisible:1;response:1;jitVisibleTime:3;kTCCServiceAddressBook:1

reading it it shows that whatsapp is the culprit but i dont know how to read that codes xd!

it relates to (or is) microsoft address book. thats all i know but i was hunting the same info amd found scripts for it on github. i assume whatsapp is using that for contact info. i have the same log entry and i dont use whats app. i do use microsoft tho. and have used various messengers at times with those contacts.
