International Locations for Siri not working

Hey guys, I've jailbroken my iPhone and installed International Locations for Siri along with AssistantExtentions plugins. However, even though Lithuania is among the compatible countries in this tweak, when I launch siri and ask to find something, for example "I'm hungry" or "Where is the nearest restaraunt?" it says it cant look for places in Lithuania. Help? I'm on iPhone 4s iOS 7,0,6
