Iphone screen problem

So my iphone 4s glass was shattered, I took it to a shop to get fixed. It worked fine after I got it. Although the contast seemed to be up really high so I thought I would restart it since I still haven't. Well when I did I got a white circle surrounded by black. And its stuck like that unless I turn it off. What do I do?

It sounds like maybe something was not connected properly. Try to reboot the device by holding the power button and the home button down together and releasing when you see the Apple logo. If that doesn't work I suggest returning it to who replaced your screen. Good luck.
