I have an R-SIM in iPhone 5 (GSM + CDMA) iOS 7.0.4. and all is well. Can i update to iOS 7.1 ?

We all know that Apple will be releasing the iOS 7.1 in a matter of days from now. Tbh i want to get rid out of the jailbreak because of many bugs on my iphone when i started to jailbroke it. Anyways if im using Rsim on iPhone 5 (GSM + CDMA) iOS 7.0.4. and everything is fine, can i update to iOS 7.1 ? is it safe? will i loose my unlock?
