usage monitoring

Hi

I'm looking for software that will run in the background and will simply tell me if my 10 year old's iphone (being used as an Ipod) was being used at certain times when not allowed (for instance, when it's bed time and light's out at 9). I don't need it to check calls out, location, sms, etc... Something simple and cheap/free. Does such a thing exist?

Why not just use Do Not Disturb and Password Protect the phone.
