In either Google or Apple Map in iOS 7, how do I change the route or destination by dragging? In the Windows desktop version of Google map, you can simply click and drag.

There isn't a click and drag option in the iOS apps. In the native Maps app, you can click on the different times that populate to see the various routes and in Google Maps, you will have to click on the directions header to see different routes. Hope this helps!!!
