straight to voice mail

I have a iPhone 4 it just started going straight to voice mail when someone calls. I have turned it off and back on didn't help

Call your service provider and have them troubleshoot from their end first.

Someone else asked this similar question and my suggestion like 'D said with the exception that I told them to ask their carrier to completely reset your voice mail system and then set it up from new and that should do it.
