hi I am not able to see my message notification on my wallpaper. it goes black on my lockscreen when the notification comes.

Are you saying that the notification banner comes on your lock screen with nothing written on it. Turn off all of your notifications, Reboot your phone and then turn them back on and see if that makes a difference.

If you're jailbroken, it may be a tweak that's causing it. Otherwise, I'd do what Jag said.
