Iphone hangs and screen also

Hi i purchased a iphone 5s and since i hve started using it at times the phone hangs and todae even the screen had hang i was not able to operate it at all could u tell what should i do???

Assuming you mean your phone is freezing up on you and unresponsive first try a hard reset by holding down the Home Button and Power Button at the same time till the screen goes dark

If your problem still persists I recommend you back up your device connect it to iTunes and do a full restore then choose your last back-up and you will be back up and running
