IPhone 4 won't update to IOS 7.0.6

Having difficulty installing IOS 7.0.6 on my IP4. Update downloads and appears to have completed, but when checking my settings it still shows 7.0.4.

When you plug it into iTunes are you getting a notification yet that there is a new software version and that is what you used to install it? If so yes hook it back up and try again.

you can update by OTA(over the air) with wifi before do that check space is available or not ? other option already guide by mr.jaguarr sir

It is not a matter of OTA. It is a matter if it is showing him the indication the OS 7.0.6. is available even if he said he installed something but it still shows the previous version, Did you install 7.0.6 for sure?

I am having the exact same issue. I have only attempted over wifi but I will connect it up to iTunes today to see what it does.
