    Hi all. My coworkers daughter forgot her password to her iTunes account. When she tried to go on one day she was unable to. After a couple of attempts it became disabled and it says connect to iTunes. If I remember correctly she used her cousins account to get apps on her iPod and did not set up an account for herself or back it up. She has pictures of a concert that she wants to get to. Is there any way to access her iPod? Does she have to go on her cousins computer to access this girls account to achieve this? Thanks.

    Whatever Apple ID it was originally set up with is what she will have to use to get the info from iTunes she wants to access.

    She will need the password. There's really no way around that if she wants existing information on the iPod right now.
