    My iPhone 4 got ERROR 23 every ios 7.0.4 restore times.
    Stuck on Waiting for iPhone stats.

    i tried every method but not working.

    Help me every pro. Please.

    this error may be cause like below points :
    -Cannot restore or update due to hardware problems.
    - In software you have to set default web browser.
    - In hardware, it's a communication problem. Check all connections, also try to change battery.
    - Faulty baseband flash or processor
    - Happens frequently after water damage. Remove and clean motherboard.

    link1 - Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
    link2 - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

    Entering DFU Mode
    Plug your device into your computer.
    Turn off the device.
    Hold the Power button for 3 seconds
    Hold the Home button without releasing the Power button for 10 seconds
    Release the Power Button but keep holding the Home button
    Keep holding the Home button until you are alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode

    tryout sure ur problem get resolve

    Thanks for your replay.

    But, I do this steps many times. I restore DFU and Recovery mode both. But not working.
    Now my phone can't use n see springboard. :'(

    Any other suggestion? Please.

    have u jailbreak ur iphone before !!

    No activation. No Wifi Option. Can't activate with iTunes.

    okay bro. but be friendly say you i m not sure & i don;t know about more hardware issues. you have to try again ask other person or let others peoples comments otherwise last options is show ur phone to any trusted mobile shop.
