    Safari cannot open the page because it connot connect to server but it will connect to pages from icons such as weather and maps

    1. Are you connected to the internet either via Wi-Fi or cellular data?
    2. Is Airplane mode enabled?
    3. Is the site you're trying to access having problems?
    4. Is restrictions enabled on your device preventing you from using the Safari browser?

    Let's say that all the questions you were just asked turns out to be good and no issues, if you go to settings and scroll until you see Safari and select it, You will have a chance to clear cache and cookies and which I would say yes to both.
