Apps Won't Update or Install

[iMore Question]

Apps are stuck in waiting to install and update. Syncing doesn't solve the problem and you can't select the app to perform the update or install. Any help?

1. Give it more time to complete the install and/or update.
2. Pause the install or update, and then unease it.
3. Cancel the install or update and then reinstall the app from the "Purchased" section of the App store.
4. Reboot your device. The install or update should pick up where it left off.
