Help looking for Diabetic app

I hope someone can help with this, I am looking for an app that will track not blood sugars and carbs but meal info as well (calories, fats, proteins etc) right now I have to use 2 different apps to get all this info and would love to find one that does it all. Any ideas out there?

Have you tried Diabetes Tracker? Its $9.99 in the App Store and available for for iPhone and iPad. You can also log into your account online to backup the infer you put in your iPhone or iPad.

I'm using this as one of the 2 apps I use but unfortunately it doesn't allow me to input my blood sugar test results, if there was a note that could be added to each meal then that would work great for me.

If and say IF you cannot find one that does your blood sugar results, You have a great Native Notes App that you can use for your daily results if you wanted to try that as a suggestion.

I'm giving Diabetes tracker a go now, looks pretty good, just wish the report were a little better
