I bought a blocked iPhone. How can I use it?

I have just bought an I phone 5 off ebay that is still under warrantee,i now now it is blocked I have had no response from the seller and ebay has given me my money back.
how ever the phone is mint is there anything I can do with it as I bought it legally

If it's blocked then it's nothing but a paperweight. eBay gave you your money back so count your blessings. Most are not as lucky.

If ebay gave you your money back or Paypal whoever...Be thankful one of them stood behind it, Now go buy a ligit one that you can touch and see work before you pay for it. A hard lesson learned.
