Mulitple option voicemail app

Hi, does anyone know about an app for my iphone that would take a call, and be able to give an answer and functions like this?

"Hi, you've called me...if you'd like to make an appointment for location #1 please press 1, if you like an appointment for location #2 please press 2, if you like to leave a personal message please wait for the beep" or something to that effect. When they press option one or two they would be redirected to the phone number of that location.

You'd have to find a 3rd party voicemail service provider for those kind of options and forward calls to it.
